Field Service Technician – North Georgia

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment at customer sites throughout high‑traffic regions in Georgia. This position requires strong technical and mechanical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to travel extensively across the assigned markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on customer equipment.
- Install and configure new equipment; remove or relocate units as needed.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues on-site.
- Maintain service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
- Provide customer communication, technical training, and usage guidance.
- Document service activities using company software systems.
- Respond to emergency or after-hours service calls when required.
- Travel within assigned high‑traffic Georgia markets and manage schedule effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate preferred.
- 0–3 years of field service or technical repair experience.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
PREFERRED
- Experience in industrial service, hardware repair, or COAM/technical industries.
- Familiarity with CRM or service management software.
