What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Inaka sushi bar and hibachi?
- SERVER REQUIREMENTS
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to learn the menu, including sushi, Japanese food, and alcoholic beverages
- Must be available for holiday shifts
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Must follow restaurant policies and food/alcohol safety requirements
- Experience with POS systems is a plus
- Must meet all legal age requirements for serving alcohol
