Job Responsibilities include:

Works with their management team to assure the restaurant is properly staffed

Provides customers with "A Cut Above" dining experience that includes superior food quality and service in a warm, clean environment

Assures every customer is treated with respect and leaves happy

Ensures all financial and administrative reporting is accurately completed in a timely manner

Enforces food safety procedures to ensure compliance with operational standards as well as federal, state and local laws
