Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee 24-hour operations of the Endoscopy and Interventional Radiology units
• Lead and supervise RNs, CNAs, Patient Care Assistants, and Unit Secretaries
• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with nursing standards
• Manage staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and development
• Monitor department budgets, operational goals, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with physicians, administration, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Minimum Qualifications:
• Active RN License – Massachusetts
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• 5 years of nursing experience in a related specialty
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience
