Position Overview
Inabia Solutions & Consulting is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, New Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing therapy team in a supportive, patient-centered rehab environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional impairments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment use
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license (New Mexico or eligible)
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience, preferably in SNF or rehab settings
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
