• Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 annually
• Bonus: 15% annual bonus

• HR Business Partner or HR Manager responsibilities within a manufacturing/plant environment
• Supporting plant leadership and manufacturing employees
• Employee onboarding, retention, interviewing, and recruiting
• Leading complex HR projects from initiation through completion
• HR process improvement, workflow optimization, and automation
• SOP development/redesign and process implementation
• HR metrics, KPIs, and data analysis
• Strategic planning and translating business objectives into HR initiatives
• Stakeholder management and employee relations
• Mentoring and developing junior HR team members

1. USC or GC only
2. Manufacturing/plant experience is mandatory
3. Must be willing to work onsite in Abilene, TX
4. Must have a strong HR Generalist background
5. HRBP/HR Manager experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred
