Job Role: Senior IT Business Analyst
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Month Contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to support enterprise technology, infrastructure, and system integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, improve processes, drive API and system integration projects, and support enterprise applications.
Requirements:
- 5 years of IT Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation
- Knowledge of API integrations, middleware, and enterprise systems
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and security concepts
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, and MS Office
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Azure/AWS, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau, along with CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, or TOGAF certifications.
Salary : $80 - $85
