Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing processes, engineering change management, ERP/MRP systems, and New Product Introduction (NPI). The ideal candidate will have experience with electro-mechanical assemblies, BOM management, CAD software, and continuous improvement in an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs/ECNs), BOMs, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes, assembly procedures, and production workflows.
- Support ERP/MRP systems, data management, and system upgrades.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and DFMA practices.
- Support NPI, pilot builds, fixture/tooling development, and production launches.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues with production teams.
- Improve product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical support to project managers and guidance to junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within an ISO-regulated capital equipment or contract manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD, preferably SolidWorks, MS Office, Excel, and ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience with electro-mechanical assemblies, ECO/ECNs, BOMs, and NPI.
- Knowledge of GD&T, inspection methods, Lean Manufacturing, and DFMA.
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
