Job description

  • Deliver strategic HR support to store leaders, focusing on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning.
  • Foster a strong, inclusive culture and drive engagement, DEI, and change initiatives.
  • Partner with HR COEs on talent development, compensation, and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with California labor laws and regional employment practices.
  • Use HR data to identify improvements and support operational decisions.
  • Manage headcount planning and coordinate regional staffing with the RPO team.
