We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Production Floor Supervisor to lead a fast-paced document scanning operation with approximately 30 production employees.
This is a high-volume, quota-driven, precision-focused environment where speed, accuracy, accountability, and leadership matter every day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and motivate a 30-person production team.
- Drive daily production quotas, efficiency, and quality.
- Coach employees, correct performance issues, and develop talent.
- Troubleshoot basic computer, scanner, and software issues.
- Coordinate staffing, workflow, priorities, and production deadlines.
- Maintain clear communication and accountability across the floor.
- Lead from the production floor—not behind a desk.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn multiple software platforms.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence overseeing productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
- Microsoft Excel experience is a plus.
- A take-charge attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
