Production Machine Operator

Location: Ripon, WI

Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Pay: $20-$24 per hour Benefits

Schedule

• Outside harvest: Typically four 10-hour first-shift days
• Harvest season (July through mid-November): Flexible to work rotating 12-hour day or night shifts (5:00 AM-5:00 PM or 5:00 PM-5:00 AM)
• One scheduled day off each week during harvest
• Overtime and schedule adjustments may be required during peak production

• Operate and monitor automated labeling equipment
• Ensure every product receives the correct label
• Keep the labeling line running efficiently with routine adjustments
• Refill tray blanks and maintain glue systems
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting, cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance
• Box, label, stack, and organize finished materials as needed
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Follow food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Assist with other production and warehouse duties as needed

Required

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and write English
• Basic math skills
• Reliable attendance and positive teamwork
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and rotating day/night shifts during harvest

Preferred

• Experience operating packaging, labeling, filling, cartoning, case packing, palletizing, or food processing equipment
• Experience with machine setup, changeovers, conveyors, tray formers, glue systems, or minor equipment repairs
• Experience completing production, quality, downtime, or scrap reports
