Position: Estimator Location: Manteca, CA Position Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates. Analyze labor, material, and equipment requirements. Obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of estimates. Prepare and present cost summaries and proposals. Qualifications: Must have 2 years of construction estimating experience. Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management or related field preferred). Previous construction experience. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with estimating tools/software.
Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
