Job Title: Buyer / Purchasing Specialist

Compensation range: Salary $80k-$95k
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or materials buying within a manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP/MRP platforms to manage purchasing and material requirements.
- Proficient in creating, processing, tracking, and maintaining purchase orders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Skilled in supplier negotiations, including pricing, lead times, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Experience with materials planning, inventory control, and ensuring timely availability of components.
- Understanding of production operations and the purchasing support required to maintain manufacturing schedules.
