Job Title: IT Support Analyst II

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Onsite)
 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of IT support, desktop support, or helpdesk experience.

  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.

  • Experience with ServiceNow, ITIL-based incident management, and tools such as SCCM or Intune.

  • Ability to work onsite and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
