What you'll do You will report to Director Vendor Management to contribute to the fulfilment of purchase requests primarily for indirect technology related spend, negotiate terms and pricing favorable to CSG’s in support of operations, internal CSG consumption and product management You will monitor intake system (email, BMC Helix, ASAP request or the like) for work requests by Procurement You will negotiate best possible contractual business terms with vendor’s sales and support personnel You will maintain CSG’s existing catalog vendors (Amazon Business, Software House International, Insight, SoftwareONE) You will assist Corporate IT with any required vendor interaction to continue to be able to place orders with catalog vendors from CSG’s purchasing system (Oracle EBS or equivalent) You will establish new catalog vendors as needed for high-volume, low-cost orders Assist requestors in the use of catalog options Assist requestors with corporate purchasing card requests You must be able to use a procurement efficiency tool or ordering system such as BMC Helix, Workday Strategic Sourcing or the like to initiate work and report on progress back to the internal requestor or other stakeholders You must be able to maintain and provide regular reporting on procurement statistics such as spend, savings, deal count, etc You should have Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don't apply for roles if they don't meet all the criteria.
