Infant Toddler- Preschool Teacher- Director
In2lectuals Child Development Center is located in Baltimore, MD and serves infants to schoolagers. With a capacity of 30, the centers are open from 7:00am - 5pm.

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Possess 45 Hour Infant & Toddler certification preferred.
- 90 Hours, Developmental Screening, 9 hour communication and other MSDE certifications a plus.
- 1-5 years of child care experience with young children
- A combination of infant, toddler or preschool teaching experience
- Strong customer service skills and ability to create/maintain partnerships with families and staff
- Ability to work well with management and co-workers in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks or crisis situations effectively
- Computer literacy and Montessori experience a plus
- Experience working in an inclusive work environment and managing across differences
- Must meet MD state educational and licensing requirements for children under the age of 5 years.
- College and Director Certifications preferred for Director Position
- Accreditation & Maryland Excels process a plus.
