What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at In Win Development?
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this position, you will perform various warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, and loading products. A keen attention to detail is a must, as you will be inspecting products for quality and reporting any damages.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and move product safely
- Perform and document RMA inspections for chassis and power supply units (PSUs), maintaining accurate records in the SharePoint RMA log system
- Pick, pack, and ship operations for Sales, Estore, and RMA orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping standards
- Conduct rework and repair activities for Sales, Estore, and RMA units in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
- Act as backup for local deliveries
- Follow all safety, security and SOP guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or RMA roles preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and ERP system
- Working knowledge of and adherences to current operational, quality, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality, traceability, and data accuracy
- Ability to follow process controls and escalate issues when deviations or defects are identified
- Ability to work in a team environment
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
