What You'll Do Here:

As a Full-Time Staff Physical Therapist, you will:

• Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Manage cases throughout the continuum of care
• Oversee multiple PTAs in the outpatient facility

What You Need to Bring

• Valid Virginia State Physical Therapy Licensure (or eligibility)
• All experience levels welcome
• Comfort supervising PTAs in an outpatient setting
• Interest in orthopedic and manual therapy
• Open to new graduates
• Not open to international sponsorship
• Ideal candidates enjoy orthopedic and manual Physical Therapy and value meaningful, consistent patient relationships.
• Preferred Background/Skills: Orthopedic / Manual Physical Therapy, Dry NeedlingMentorship is available, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Schedule Designed for Balance:

Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch)

Friday: 8:00 am to 1:20pm

No on-call expectations

• Salary: $85,000 to $92,000 per year
