What are the responsibilities and job description for the Club Baseball and Softball Coach / Trainer / Instructor position at In The Zone Baseball & Softball Academy?
In The Zone Baseball & Softball Academy is building a Regional Training Network and we are seeking 1–2 additional baseball coaches/instructors and 1-2 softball coaches/instructors to join our staff.
For over 23 years, ITZ has been a leader in player development, focusing on skill, character, and love of the game. With our expansion, we need coaches who share our passion and can deliver high-level instruction to motivated athletes.
Requirements
*Minimum: High School Varsity playing experience.
*Preferred: College playing experience.
*Highly Preferred: Prior industry experience or coaching at the high school or collegiate level.

*Proven ability to instruct at a high level in team, small-group, and one-on-one settings.
