What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate roofing installations and repairs across the Lehigh Valley
- Manage schedules, timelines, and daily field logistics
- Communicate with homeowners and crews to ensure clarity and updates
- Handle internal tools (CRM, spreadsheets, tracking docs) like Job Progress
- Conduct quality checks and ensure warranty compliance
- Support our team values of faith, excellence, and discipline - in the field
- This position requires comfort with climbing ladders and working on roofs In various conditions

What We’re Looking For
- Has 3 years of experience in project or construction management
- Can coordinate multiple jobs and crews without getting frazzled
- Is a confident communicator - calm under pressure, assertive when needed
- Embraces responsibility, follows through, and takes initiative
- Is tech-comfortable (you’ll be using CRM and job management tools)
- Lives locally and is reliable with transportation
- Feels aligned with our mission: to serve people with excellence and care
- Bonus if you speak Spanish - but it's not required.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college, trade schooling, or a strong “lifelong learner” mindset is highly valued
- Customer service or account management experience preferred.
- Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required - non-bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
