About This Role
This role is ideal for a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist who wants to focus on direct client support and peer sessions without the demands of transportation or housing oversight. This is a session-based, performance-driven role with clear expectations for client engagement, documentation, and consistency.
Core Responsibilities:
Direct Peer Support (Primary Focus)
- Provide 1:1 peer support sessions (virtual or hybrid)
- Maintain a caseload of 10–15 clients
- Deliver a minimum of 15–20 billable hours per week
- Support clients with goal setting, recovery planning, and accountability
- Maintain professional boundaries while using lived experience appropriately
Documentation & Communication
- Complete all documentation in EHR within 48 hours
- Communicate client needs, concerns, and updates to the treatment team
- Maintain accurate and timely service records
What This Role Does NOT Include:
- No routine transportation responsibilities
- No primary housing oversight duties
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Active Maryland CPRS certification
- Experience providing peer support services
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule
- Reliable internet and ability to provide virtual sessions

What to Expect:
This is a performance-based role. Peer Recovery Specialists are expected to maintain consistent client engagement, meet weekly service expectations, and complete documentation on time. If you are looking for minimal accountability or inconsistent hours, this role will not be a good fit.
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
