In The Event is seeking dependable, motivated team members to join our growing production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of creating memorable experiences, this is an opportunity to build a career in the live events industry.
This is not a typical warehouse position. Our team supports everything from corporate meetings and galas to large-scale productions. One day you may be organizing inventory and preparing equipment in the warehouse; the next, you'll be onsite helping execute a high-profile event.
What You'll DoWarehouse Operations
- Prepare, test, and maintain event equipment
- Pull, stage, and pack orders for upcoming events
- Organize inventory, shelving, and storage systems
- Assist with inventory counts and quality control checks
- Load and unload trucks, carts, and pallets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Event Production Support
- Assist with event setup and teardown
- Support audio, video, lighting, staging, and production equipment
- Help execute event load-ins, setups, and load-outs
- Transport equipment using company vehicles
- Work alongside production crews to ensure events run smoothly
Logistics & Team Support
- Track work orders and equipment movement
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Represent In The Event professionally while onsite with clients

Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic technology skills (tablets, smartphones, and apps)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Experience in warehouse operations
- Experience driving box trucks or towing trailers
- Audio, video, lighting, or live event experience
- Forklift certification

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Primarily Monday–Friday
- Occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts required
- Weekend work is scheduled in advance whenever possible
- Standard shifts are 8 hours, with overtime opportunities during busy seasons
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position. Flexibility is required, but it also provides opportunities for additional hours, event experience, and professional growth.
