Derby - Client Care Advisor

In The Bag Cleaners is seeking to hire a full-time Client Care Advisor at our Derby location. This position will be Monday thru Friday from 1:00 pm – 7:15 pm and every other Saturday from 7:45 am – 2:15 pm. Advisors are responsible for serving clients' laundry and dry-cleaning needs with professionalism.

Responsibilities of a Client Care Advisor may include but is not limited to:

· Ensure professional customer service is provided and establish relationships to use the names of clients.

· Provide detailed descriptions of each item within our POS system. Note certain care needs, such as delicate and handwashing items, check for damage prior to cleaning, and verify the piece count.

· Assist clients with drop-offs and pick-ups, payments, and any questions they may have.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.

· Promote sales, specials, and subscription programs.

· When necessary, assist at other locations in Wichita, Derby, and Andover.

· As a reminder, this position does not involve cleaning client’s items, but working in a retail location as customer service.

· Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift laundry bags up to 40 pounds
