Client Care Advisor - East Wichita

In The Bag Cleaners is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and client-friendly, full-time Client Care Advisor at one of our East side locations. This position will be Monday thru Friday from 1:00 pm – 7:15 pm and every other Saturday from 7:45 am – 2:15 pm. Care advisors are responsible for serving clients' laundry and dry-cleaning needs with promptness, politeness, professionalism, and personalization.

Responsibilities of a Client Care Advisor may include but are not limited to:

· Ensure professional customer service is provided and establish relationships to use the names of clients.

· Provide detailed descriptions of each item within our POS system. Note certain care needs, such as delicate and handwashing items, check for damage prior to cleaning, and verify the piece count.

· Assist clients with drop-offs and pick-ups, payments, and any questions they may have.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.

· Promote sales, specials, and subscription programs.

· When necessary, assist at other locations within Wichita, Derby, and Andover.

· As a reminder, this position does not involve cleaning client’s items, but working in a retail location as customer service.
