Field Marketing Representative

Position Overview

In Tha Wind LLC is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Field Marketing Representative to support retail marketing and brand activation efforts.

Representatives will be contracted through In Tha Wind LLC and will perform field marketing services on behalf of Slapwoods. Field Representatives will represent the Slapwoods brand while visiting retail locations and executing approved marketing and activation initiatives.

This is a field-based position requiring representatives to independently identify retail locations, build their own daily routes, travel throughout their assigned market, and execute approved marketing initiatives.

This is not a traditional merchandising position with pre-assigned stores or planograms. Representatives must be comfortable working independently, approaching new businesses, and managing their own daily field schedule.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify smoke shops and other approved retail locations within the assigned market.
• Build and manage an efficient daily route and field schedule.
• Visit retail locations to increase Slapwoods brand awareness and visibility.
• Install approved Slapwoods signage, stickers, posters, displays, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure existing product and promotional materials are displayed appropriately.
• Introduce the brand and build professional relationships with store owners, managers, and staff.
• Distribute approved promotional or sample boxes when authorized.
• Identify new stores and opportunities for future brand activations.
• Take clear photos and submit required documentation for completed visits.
• Maintain accurate records of stores visited and work completed.
• Meet established daily and weekly field activity expectations.
• Communicate regularly with In Tha Wind LLC management regarding progress, challenges, and market feedback.

Requirements

• Reliable personal vehicle is required.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance are required.
• Must be comfortable driving extensively throughout the assigned market.
• Must be willing and able to travel for field assignments when required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with store owners and managers.
• Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
• Strong time management, organization, and route-planning skills.
• Dependable, responsive, and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Smartphone with reliable internet access for communication, navigation, photos, and reporting.
• Previous field marketing, brand activation, retail, promotional, or similar experience is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is proactive and comfortable creating their own opportunities in the field. You should be able to receive an assignment, understand the objective, plan your route, execute the work, document it properly, and communicate results without constant direction.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
