Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to align with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Ensure campaigns are data-driven and optimized for maximum ROI.
- Manage and enhance the company's brand identity and positioning.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual elements across all marketing channels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve their professional goals and drive departmental performance.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses and report on financial performance.
- Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, product, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successful campaign management and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- MBA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- 4-5 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role, with a demonstrated ability to generate and manage leads.
- Previous experience as Director of Marketing or a similar role is a plus.
- Experience in telecom, MSP, security industry
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the ability to manage and track leads effectively.
