Independent Sales Representative (1099) – Custom Window Treatments

We’re a locally owned custom window treatment company that’s been around since 2001—and after a recent rebrand, we’re growing with fresh energy and momentum. New brand, new website, fresh energy… same great reputation. We’re looking for an Independent Sales Representative who enjoys building their own pipeline, creating opportunities, and being rewarded for hustle.
This is not a “wait for leads to come in” role. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable actively sourcing, nurturing, and closing their own leads—and wants uncapped earning potential for doing so.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients in their homes to design and sell custom window treatments
- Build genuine relationships and guide clients through the selection process
- Measure windows and document project details accurately
- Actively generate your own leads through networking, referrals, outreach, and local connections
- Own your pipeline from first contact to close
- Earn higher commission on every self-generated sale (a major part of this role)
- Communicate closely with our internal team to ensure a smooth client experience
- Represent our brand with professionalism, warmth, and confidence

Requirements
- Sales experience (commission-based strongly preferred)
- Reliable transportation and your own vehicle insurance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
