Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Part-time position- 3 days per week. Interested applicants must be available to work some Saturdays and Sundays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
-Assist with stocking new merchandise and back stock
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Assist in merchandising products to maximize sales
- Upsell products to customers when appropriate
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Basic understanding of retail math for transactions
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising or leading a team is beneficial
