Successful supervisors and night watchmen are asked to:
Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance of the property.
- Follow a check-list for work and communicate needs outside your assigned work.
- Minor maintenance to the facility and cleaning of storage units.
- Our team members enjoy working outdoors. Supervisors spend the majority of their time walking and tending to the property.
- Because this job is contract we ask you to visit the site no more than 3 non consecutive days a week for about 2 hours.
- There is a resident supervisor trailer on property available for the right candidate for night watchman accommodations. More information available if interested.
- Perfect job for second income as hours are flexible. Schedule can be chosen Mon- Sat between 8:00 and 6:00. Doesn't have to be the same each week!
Qualifications
- Experience with groundskeeping, storage facilities, or maintenance work
- Energetic, outgoing, customer oriented personality
- A High School diploma /GED equivalent. College education is a plus
- Ability to perform light maintenance
- Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation
