About In-Pulse CPR
In-Pulse CPR is an American Heart Association–approved training provider offering live CPR, AED, and First Aid classes across Minnesota, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. Since 2009, more than 150,000 students have trained with us—and we're growing quickly.
We're looking for a motivated, people-friendly Sales Representative who is comfortable making outbound calls, learning new skills, and helping organizations schedule lifesaving CPR training for their teams. You don't need years of experience—just drive, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to businesses, schools, and medical offices to introduce our CPR training options.
- Schedule and confirm group CPR & First Aid classes.
- Follow up with previous customers and maintain simple CRM notes.
- Send emails, answer phone calls, and support general communication tasks.
- Assist with light office duties such as shipping class supplies.
- Participate in weekly zoom call with administrative team.
- Track your daily activity: calls made, leads contacted, and appointments scheduled.
What You Bring
- Some sales, customer service, or call-based experience preferred but not required.
- Strong motivation, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day and engaging confidently with new people.
- Good writing and neat penmanship for notes and email communication.
- Basic computer skills required; CRM experience is a plus, and we provide training.
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Strong follow-through and comfort handling objections with professionalism.
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM CT.
