Your Mission

You Will
- Set up and run manual lathes, mills, and grinders to achieve precise dimensions and finishes.
- Decipher blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute accurate machining steps.
- Perform routine machine care to sustain reliability and extend equipment life.
- Verify dimensions and tolerances with micrometers, calipers, and other precision gauges.
- Partner with engineers and teammates to diagnose and solve machining challenges.
- Keep your work area orderly and safe, following all safety procedures and best practices.
- Create and maintain clear records of setups, processes, and work completed.
What It Takes
- High school diploma or GED; formal machining training or certification is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in manual/conventional machining and process fundamentals.
- Strong competency reading technical drawings and blueprints.
- Comfort using precision measuring devices (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.).
- Quality-first mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Thrives working both independently and with a team in a fast-moving setting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a self-starter attitude.
