Requirements:What You’ll Do
- Select and organize equipment for mobilization
- Assemble mechanical systems based on engineering layouts
- Pack job boxes, skids, and tubs with precision
- Use TRACE system to manage and track equipment
- Document consumables and assign job numbers
- Load/unload trucks and ensure dimensional accuracy
- Provide feedback to improve tooling, processes, and programs
- Redline prints and collaborate with Engineering
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- 2-year technical degree (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience with mechanical assemblies (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read prints
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile apps
- Experience with tooling and fixturing (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Team player with strong communication and organizational abilities
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, and use of hand tools
- Work in a dynamic shop environment with moderate noise
- Occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Certifications & Other Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Valid Forklift License
- Ability to use mobile apps for time tracking and job management
Training Provided:
- OSHA 10 Certification
- IPM Overhead Crane & Forklift Training
