Tint installer – Commission Based (Experienced Only)

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated window tinter to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who is looking for a long-term home with a shop that values quality craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality automotive window tint installations using shop-provided tools, materials, and equipment
• Ensure precision, cleanliness, and consistency on every vehicle
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused work environment
• Collaborate with the team to uphold our shop’s standards and reputation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an automotive window tinter (required)
• Strong knowledge of film types, installation techniques, and industry best practices
• Ability to work independently and produce high-level results
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with vinyl wraps
• PPF (paint protection film) installation
• Automotive customization or modification services

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay with competitive earning potential
• All tools, materials, and supplies are provided
