We have an excellent opportunity for a full-timeMail Clerk-Courierbased in theChino, CAwarehouse. This position will be responsible for receiving and sorting all incoming mail, as well as processing all outgoing mail. This person will drive/deliver mail from Chino to Irvine, and occasionally to Baldwin Park.
General Responsibilities
- Process and sort day-to-day incoming mail
- Make daily courier runs/drives from Chino to Irvine and occasionally to Baldwin Park, and back
- Sort, lift and organize mail and packages to prepare for delivery
- Drive/Deliver mail along your assigned route
- Deliver mail and packages to appropriate associates/departments
- Maintain adequate mailroom supplies
- Coordinate with both internal and external couriers to schedule pickups and order supplies on behalf of our stores
- Provide lunch and break coverage for in-house in-house front desk
- Create badges for new associates
- Assist in the warehouse as needed
- Other responsibilities may include: Maintaining files, running errands for various departments, and assisting with answering phones
Work Schedule Benefits

Pay rate: $22.17-24.00 per hour
- The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors.
- Office hours in Chino: M-F, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm *Hours can be subject to change.
- Department needs may call for occasional overtime; some holiday availability required

INO associate Qualifications
- In-N-Out Burger Store or Support experience – Minimum of 1 year at In-N-Out Burger
- Store experience: Level 3 or above
- No written Warnings in the last six (6) months
Additional Qualifications
- A great attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience as a Mail Clerk or Office Clerk preferred, but not required
- Valid Class C license and clean driving record required
- Ability to drive to multiple office locations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Punctuality and a good record of attendance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills; ability to prioritize and be timely
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred
Physical Demands/Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent driving
- Frequent standing, walking, siting, reaching, carrying, pulling, stooping, bending, and kneeling
