Position: Lead Physical Therapy Aide
Availability Required: 40 hours per week (position comes with full time benefits)
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Work location: in person
Main qualifications required:
- At least 1 year experience as a PT Aide
- Must have strong organization skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with patients as an aide for roughly 50-75% of your hours
- Hire, Train and Manage the Aide team in our Irvine clinic
- Handle the aide schedule and their time off requests etc
- Make sure aide responsibilities are getting done and the aides are staying productive
- Jump in as an aide whenever needed. Look for the need, and fill it.
- Work with management to ensure smooth clinic operations
