What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Remodeler position at In-Line Construction, Inc.?
Key Responsibilities
Carpentry & Remodeling:
Lead structural renovations from start to finish, including framing, trim, baseboards, and hardware installation.
Site Prep & Demolition:
Carefully remove old doors, windows, siding, and trim; check for wood rot and prep openings for new installs without causing damage.
Installations:
Hang windows, interior/exterior doors, and patio doors.
Siding:
Install and repair vinyl, wood, and fiber cement exterior siding.
Painting:
Execute high-quality interior and exterior prep and paint finish work.
Job Requirements
- 5 years in residential construction, remodeling, or carpentry.
- Must own basic hand tools and reliable power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to local job sites.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and comfortably work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
