- Physical ability to work in various job site conditions and lift heavy equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety standards and protocols
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification in electrical work is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
