About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team. This person will oversee our coordination staff, manage day-to-day service operations, and take direct responsibility for growing and retaining the hours we provide to clients every week.
This is a hands-on role. The right candidate is organized, communicates well, is comfortable working with caregivers and clients, and is motivated by results.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Supervising the coordination team and serving as their first point of contact for decisions and escalations
Ensuring every assigned client hour is covered, billed, and accounted for
Following up with at-risk clients and caregivers to prevent service loss
Handling all incoming leads by phone, walk-in, or online inquiry from start to active case
Building referral relationships with case managers, discharge planners, and medical offices
Reviewing and approving caregiver overtime requests using an established process
Covering coordinator responsibilities when a team member is out
Reporting weekly on hours added, retained, lost, and in progress
Working in Axxess for scheduling, documentation, and shift management
What We Are Looking For
Experience in home care, healthcare operations, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and follow-through skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with scheduling systems and documenting accurately
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required given our service area and client base
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. A performance bonus program is available beginning at Day 91 for candidates who meet or exceed established performance thresholds. Mileage is reimbursed for all approved outreach and client-related travel. Full compensation details are discussed during the interview process.
Performance Expectations
This role has clear growth targets starting at Day 31. You will be expected to show progress in hours generated and retained on a weekly basis. Full targets are shared during the interview.
