Duties

• Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging recreational activities and events tailored to diverse guest interests, including sports, arts and crafts, themed parties, and entertainment shows.
• Manage guest interactions with professionalism and warmth, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Handle cash transactions accurately for activity fees or concessions while in the community
• Resolve conflicts or misunderstandings promptly using effective conflict management techniques to uphold a positive atmosphere.
• Engage with special needs young adults and families through friendly communication, public speaking, and personalized attention to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in events management or organizing recreational activities is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly during transactions.
• is a plus.
• Working knowledge of conflict management strategies to handle challenging situations effectively.
• Experience working with children with special needs or in special education educational settings is advantageous.
