Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Intake role located in Crystal Lake, IL. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for managing client intake processes, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining professional communication and relationships. Daily responsibilities include gathering and organizing client information, supporting insurance-related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure clients' needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to engage compassionately and professionally with clients and their families
- Proficiency in Client Intake processes, including data gathering, assessment, and organization
- Experience in providing stellar Customer Service to address client needs promptly and effectively
- Knowledge of Insurance processes and the ability to assist with related documentation and inquiries
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior care setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in related fields is an advantage
