In-Home Care Connection is looking for compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in the Dubuque/Maquoketa areas. If you're passionate about helping other remain safe and independent in their own homes, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene
- Provide mobility and transfer assistance
- Monitor and report changes in clients' condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
- Document care provided accurately and communicate with the care team
Qualifications:
- Current Iowa/Illinois CNA certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Previous home care experience is a plus, but not required
