Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Blue Bell, PA
In Home and Community Support, LLC is a human services agency seeking a reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide support to an individual with intellectual disabilities and autism in the Blue Bell area.
This position is Monday through Friday, with some flexibility, for up to 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the individual in living a meaningful, everyday life, including community participation and engagement in activities
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of social relationships
- Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and learning new skills
- Providing direct care support, as needed
- Maintaining accurate documentation of services provided and individual progress
- Transporting the individual to community locations (mileage reimbursement provided)
- IRA is provided
Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
