We are a nonprofit looking to promote all aspects of mental health and wellness through evidence-based, Biblically sound practices. Our unique fee structure allows those who are under-insured or financially challenged to receive quality Christian mental health care.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Development Director located in Lemoyne, PA. The Development Director will be responsible for managing and implementing fundraising strategies, including planned giving, annual giving, and philanthropy. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, creating fundraising campaigns, and fostering relationships with donors to ensure continual support and growth for the organization's mission. This position could be combined with our open Marketing & Communications Director role to create a full-time role.
Qualifications
- Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to promote Christian mental health care
- Experience with Planned Giving, Annual Giving, and general Philanthropy strategies
- Skills in Budgeting and managing financial resources
- Fundraising abilities and campaign management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors
- Experience in a nonprofit or faith-based organization is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field
