Qualifications
- Strong understanding and experience in Early Childhood Development and Child Development
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development tailored to infant and toddler education
- Demonstrated skills in Teaching young children with creativity and empathy
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
- Relevant certifications such as CPR and First Aid are highly desirable
- Minimum of a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
- Ability to meet the physical demands of working with young children, including kneeling, bending, and lifting
