Greet patients in person and on the phone with a positive, energetic, welcoming personality. Must be able to use electronic medical record to maintain appointments, check-out and collect payments. Must be comfortable with computer skills including word processing, basic spreadsheets, scan and attach documents, and electronic health records. Will also be responsible for processing mail, e-mail, referrals, and some basic accounting and must write effective and grammatically correct correspondence.
