Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing Team Partnership

• Establish and maintain a productive working relationship with Sales/Marketing Leadership to ensure execution and efficient handling/tracking of qualified leads
• Develop and expand relationships within other company, leveraging them to develop opportunities within strategic prospects
• Work collaboratively with regional Major Account Managers to identify opportunities and account mapping exercises

Marketing Demand Projects

• Create and develop end-user target lists based on already existing/identified personas, working collaboratively with marketing campaign managers
• Drive set up of Brand Marketing strategy
• Drive vertical specific content to attract and convert targeted end-users, collaborating with Sales
• Create and communicate a calendar of marketing events
• Manage sports marketing partnerships
• Manage Social Media content related to events
• Ad hoc marketing reports for the CEO and President

Reporting & Administration

• Submit weekly reports that cover accomplishments, challenges, and status updates

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, (or equivalent experience) preferred

Experience

5 or more years in the tire industry with combined experience spanning the following areas:

• Creating and driving sales leads for a sales and marketing organization
• Building relationships with customers
• Working with variety of marketing tactics, such as: email, social, web, SEO, industry boards, etc.

Software/Technical Skills

• B2B social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Sales automation/customer relationship management platforms
• Marketing automation platforms is preferred

Working Environment:

Office Environment, with monthly travel expectations

Tools and Equipment Used:

Personal computer, e-mail, copier, phone, and other standard office equipment

Travel:

Ability to travel as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
