Job Opportunity: Advertising Sales Executive for Magazine Publishing Group
Location: Remote. North, South, East and West Suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA.

Position Overview: The Advertising Sales Representative will be responsible for generating advertising revenue by identifying and securing new clients, maintaining relationships with existing advertisers, and promoting our magazine's advertising opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential advertisers that align with our magazine's audience and content.
- Develop and present customized advertising proposals to prospective clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and ad placement.
- Maintain regular communication with current advertisers to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with the editorial and design teams to ensure ads are effectively integrated into the magazine.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in advertising sales, preferably within the magazine or media industry.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- A network of existing client relationships is a plus.
