We’re looking for a Media Account Executive who loves connecting with people, asks thoughtful questions, and thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven environment.

What You’ll Do
Build and nurture relationships with business owners, marketers, and executives across the Capital Region
Manage an existing book of business with a focus on renewals, growth, and long-term partnership
Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and recommend the right mix of print, digital, and event opportunities
Collaborate with editorial, events, and production teams to deliver seamless campaigns
Maintain accurate account information, forecasts, and activity notes
Represent In Business Madison at events and in the community
What We’re Looking For
2 years of sales experience (media, marketing, or any relationship-driven environment is a plus)
Strong communication skills — curious, confident, and comfortable leading conversations
A consultative mindset: you listen first, ask smart questions, and tailor solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and priorities
