Junk Removal Driver / Helper — $25/Hour, 3-Hour Minimum

We’re a new junk removal business seeking a reliable licensed driver who can also help load and unload furniture, household items, and other nonhazardous junk.
PAY & SCHEDULE $25 per hour. Guaranteed minimum of three hours of pay per booked job ($75), even if the job takes less time. Work is scheduled as customer bookings come in. No guaranteed weekly hours at launch.
RESPONSIBILITIES Drive a rented truck or an approved work vehicle. Help safely lift, carry, load, and unload items. Assist with disposal runs and leave customer spaces tidy. Arrive on time and communicate professionally.
REQUIREMENTS Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive the rental vehicle. Ability to safely handle bulky items with a teammate. Dependability and good communication. Moving, delivery, or junk removal experience is a plus.
An insured pickup truck is a plus, but not required. If you have one available for work, tell us when applying. Vehicle use and compensation would be agreed upon separately.
GROW WITH USWe’re looking for someone interested in growing with the business. A potential future 50/50 partnership may be discussed after demonstrating reliability and establishing consistent work. Ownership is not included in the starting role.
