Social Media & Marketing Manager – Job Description
Position Overview
We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and self-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to bring fresh energy to our brand! In this role, you’ll manage content across four Instagram accounts, design eye-catching posters and ads, support fun promotional campaigns, and help transform our studio with beautiful decorations for special occasions. This position offers flexible hours and a hybrid schedule, giving you the freedom to work both onsite and remotely.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Magic
- Create and schedule engaging weekly content across four Instagram accounts
- Produce fun, dynamic posts, reels, and stories that showcase our community
- Keep our brand voice consistent, warm, and on-trend
- Interact with followers and help grow an active, excited online community
- Track performance and adjust strategy to keep things fresh and effective
Creative Marketing & Design
- Design stunning posters, ads, flyers, and digital materials
- Bring ideas to life for promotions, events, and new programs
- Help elevate our brand’s visual identity with consistency and creativity
- Support digital advertising when needed
Studio Vibes & Events
- Plan and set up decorations for special occasions (holidays, themed events, member celebrations, etc.)
- Assist with event promotion and onsite support
- Help ensure the studio feels warm, inspiring, and aligned with our brand aesthetic
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with great organization
- Photography/videography skills are a plus
- A creative thinker with positive energy and attention to detail
Work Style & Schedule
- Flexible hours — because creativity doesn’t always happen 9–5
- Hybrid setup — onsite for capturing content and decorating the studio, remote for posting, planning, and designing
- Occasional onsite support during busy periods or special events
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
